Villa Layout
A long path leads to the main entrance, where you will find a Medieval house which has been finely renovated and converted into a small charming luxury property nestled in the heart of Chianti Classico hills. All its Suites are elegantly furnished and equipped with private bath, fine linens, closets, living room and satellite TV. The rooms are accessed through the Great Hall, now used as Lounge and Dining Room. The kitchen overlooks the salon. It has a pleasant rustic flavor but it is equipped with all modern appliances. A 7000 m park planted with olive trees, secular trees, evergreen and fragrant plants, surrounds the Villa. In the park you will find an independent dependance and a 100 sq mt swimming pool, furnished by deckchairs, sun beds and umbrellas. At guests disposal: laundry service, private parking and transfer service. Upon request we can cook for you Italian traditional dishes or evening barbeque. The Villa is also available for public and private Events, Weddings and Business holidays.

Dependance:
Near the swimming pool, on the ground floor you will find this spacious private apartment equipped with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen inside.

Location:
The villa is located just a few miles from Florence approx 30 kilometers from Florence center. In the nearby area you will find a lot of prestigious wineries which you can visit during your vacation.

Conditions of renting:
Minimum stay in week end and high season: 3 nights.

Music in the Salone is permitted until 1 AM, with the limite of decibel as for local low. SIAE rights are requested to be paid for any entertainment with live music. SIAE must be settle by the guests.
