A day in the south of Tuscany, where you visit two of the oldest hill
towns of the region...We first make a visit of Cortona, famous for its Etruscan ruins (2
century B.C.) and now a wealthy town which has preserved the structure
of the medieval times...
The well-known movie "Under the Tuscan Sun" was filmed here!!!
In the afternoon, a nice drive through the hills, we take you to Montepulciano. Here you can relax, walk around and taste a glass of
the delicious red "Nobile di Montepulciano"... Before drive back to
Florence we'll stop in Pienza, a famous Renaissance town, where you
can enjoy a cheese tasting...
