This stunning Villa is nestled in an exclusive, private and quiet area across the street from famous Villa Doria Pamphili, one of the largest and most beautiful park in Rome, only 1.2 mile far from the Vatican City. On entering the villa, guests will be met with a bright and elegant living room with original 50s marble floors, precious curtains, refined furnishings and a beautiful fireplace. The superior five stars villa has been completely refurbished with care and attention to detail into a modern contemporary style with hints of the 50s. It features an extremely large, private and relaxing garden with pine trees and private swimming pool, creating a magical atmosphere. Both double and twin rooms are available; all guestrooms include a private bathroom, and 3 of the suites feature a wonderful balcony offering panoramic views across Valle dei Casali, the most exclusive area of Rome.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, a formal dining room, a spectacular well-appointed kitchen. This last one is equipped with all the appliances you might need, is contemporary and functional and faces an outdoor dining area. On the same floor there are two elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, three of them with a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The villa has a little tower with a private solarium that boasts the perfect view of the garden and pool.
The Villa has a 100 sq. ft. finished basement with private fitness area with TechnoGym machines, fireplace, TV lounge, It also has a separate fully equipped laundry room. At the villa you can also use the private wine cellar, which boasts prestigious Italian wines (on fee depending on which bottle you choose).
