This outstanding villa develops on 3 floors, surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean vegetation. A piece of paradise just 15 minutes' walking from Capri center and from Marina Piccola. You can enter the property by 2 private gated entrances, then you will find in the huge gardens, where you'll find an outdoor Jacuzzi pool with panoramic views over the sea. The property counts 5 double bedrooms, one of them has a huge shower for 2.
The main house
(Approx 180 sq mt) Counts 3 double bedrooms, a large sitting area enriched by a Bang & Olufsen audio and video system. Bedrooms in the main building: the bedroom with circle bed has 2 bathrooms, then you have a second bedroom with en suite bathroom and then a third bedroom with bathroom opposite to the room. In the end the main house features a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room.
Two independent dependances
You will find an independent Dependence (approx size 25 sq mt) with a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. A second dependance with a double bedroom and a small store room, kitchnette.
