Villa Layout
It is surrounded by olive groves, lemon trees and beautiful gardens. The villa spreads on two levels plus the outdoor areas, perfect for family reunions. The villa counts three beautiful double bedrooms, all on first floor and a studio room. There are 4 bathrooms: 1 luxurious en-suites and 2 separate full bathrooms on first floor and a delightful powder room with toilet and basin on ground floor. The bathrooms are finished in marble, walk-in showers in the master bathroom.
On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant sun lit double living room/drawing room with fireplace, utility room, and two dining rooms, the largest of which features a fireplace and large glass doors leading to a truly stunning terrace with unbelievable views. From each room of the house you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside, a large stone paved patio area at the front provides the perfect setting for breakfast. The Villa features a private salt water swimming pool measuring 14 m x 8 m and private panoramic garden. All the outdoor areas are furnished with elegant outdoor furniture, you also find a barbecue and dining tables and chairs outdoor.
Additional Suite:
On request there's an adjoining Suite for 2 additional people, with its own private entrance. The Suite features a poster bed, a living area, its own bathroom and a private outdoor patio.

Mandatory Services to be paid extra:

Please note:
Saturday to Saturday and minimum 7 nights' stay is the standard request, if you require a different period or a shorter stay it's accepted on request and according to availability.
A damage security deposit of Eur 1.500 is requested cash upon arrival - to be refunded upon departure .
A local city tax of Eur 1.50 per person per night must be paid upon check out.
