Two adjoining private villas located on a hill position, approx. 25 minutes' driving from Florence. Elegantly restored (restoration works ended in June 2018) villa, the main villa sleeps up to 10 people, the dependence sleeps up to 6 people. Outdoor equipped areas are at your disposal, sofas and tables, panoramic pool and BBQ equipment.
Main villa sleeping 10 people
You will get to the property main entrance through a private path, which leads you up to the park surrounding the 2 villas. This villa extends over 2 floor and counts: 4 double bedrooms (two of them with ensuite bathrooms), a single room, large dining room, kitchen, lemon house and outdoor pool equipped with sunbeds and outdoor shower.
The interior has been carefully furnished with elegance and in contemporary style, every room equipped with all the cons. A panoramic terrace is present in the main villa, from where you can have a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside.
Smaller villa sleeping 6 people
The smaller villa, which overlooks the swimming pool, counts: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom without bathroom, 1 twin bedroom. These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom on the same floor. Fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, big sitting room and living area. This smaller villa is surrounded by a stunning balcony of 200 sq mt.
