A luminous three-story luxury villa located on a hill, facing the sea, up to 8 people. The villa develops on multiple levels creating a multitude of gorgeous terraces. There are in fact 5 terraces, all equipped with chairs or sofa beds. The fifth terrace/solarium is equipped with 2 sun beds and outdoor seating area.
On the ground floor you find 2 living rooms, one of them decorated with a stone fireplace. Here you'll also find a professional equipped kitchenette, the dining table can accommodate 10 guests comfortably. From the living room you can access the third terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a glass door. The second living room features elegant and refined furniture, some antique pieces, too. From the second living room you can access the mezzanine level climbing 13 steps, then you find a double queen-size bedroom and a single bedroom.
The First Floor access the second bedroom from the corridor to find a single bed and two arched windows opening into the first living room. On the Second Floor you find the third and fourth bedrooms, one double and one twin. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom tiled with shiny handmade mosaico tiles.
From the second living room going down eight steps you will find a sauna and a full bathroom. From the second living room you find on request a room massage. The laundry room is accessible from the living room first. Here you will find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
From the enchanting private pool set on a sea rock you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets of Praiano, also a Jacuzzi corner is present. The Villa has a private wine cellar with over 100 labels of the best Italian and French wines with the possibility of buying and tasting.

Location:
You can reach the villa from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps, very rare on the Amalfi Coast! The villa is located just a few minutes from restaurants, bars, pharmacy and groceries. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters, a grocery store at 300 meters, (with free delivery service), bus stop a few meters away and the closest beach ("la Gavitella") at 800 mt. including 300 stairway steps, or "Marina di Praia" beach, 5 minutes by car.
