Villa Layout
This wonderful villa of the late 19th century is located in the heart of La Spezia, surrounded by a large park and enriched by splendid marble sculptures both outside and inside. The interiors have been furnished with a magnificent taste by an internationally renowned architect. The villa is on three floors. On ground floor you find a large entrance hall with three living rooms, a library and a dining room connected to the kitchen with one toilette service. From one of the living rooms you access the outdoor park and its swimming pool. On the first and second floor you find the sleeping area with six large bedrooms with bathrooms and four terraces overlooking the park.
First Floor
On the first floor you find 4 luxury double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, most of them with direct access to the terrace. In some bedrooms you find an ornamental fireplace (not usable).
Second Floor
On the second floor you find the other 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom, one of them has a Jacuzzi bath tub.
