A luxury villa with pool in the heart of Apulia, nestled within 5 hectares of land with olive groves. It is composed of three stone buildings: the Trulli, the Lamia and the Trullo Saraceno. It offers a large swimming pool and many comforts, perfect for a relaxing and exclusive summer holiday. Several works of Contemporary Art of the best emerging artists of the moment, part of the owner’s collection, enrich the complex.
The three separate buildings are part of a unique villa. They share large common areas: the large kitchen and the living room, the pool and its nearby areas, the BBQ area with wood-burning oven. They are all welcoming environments where family and friends have the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday in complete privacy. The villa counts in total 8 rooms as well as a sleeping area in the living room and another equipped environment to sleep in the holiday cabin, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, one of which is very large and various outdoor spaces. Total sleeping: 20 - 8 rooms + 7 bathrooms, all en suite.
