External Layout:
The villa wide private park is over 10.000 square meters and hides unexpected scenarios: from its natural caves on many levels to the charming terrace overlooking the lake and the shade created by the ancient cedars. The two private docks enable access to the villa from the lake and offer easy docking for boats. The villa’s amazing swimming pool and its two private beaches allow guests additional time to relax. To ensure greater exclusiveness and complete discretion, the resort has a heliport located directly in the park.
Interior Layout:
The villa has five luxury suites, finished with the best in elegant materials: from quality marbles to precious wood parquet. Some suites have in impressive terrace with a view of the lake. Each Suite has its own luxury en-suite bathroom.

Total rental price includes:
Custodian service: 2 care takers available 24/7 hours
Kitchen staff: from 8 am to approx. 11 pm you will have private Chef and private waiter at your disposal for preparing any kind of food for you.
Wait staff: from 8 am to approx. 11 pm.
Cleaning staff: available from 9.00am to midday, then from 2.00pm to 7.00 pm.
Use of the villa indoor and outdoor spaces
Concierge: available from 10.00am to 6.00pm

Security damage deposit to pay upon arrival: according to the number of nights booked. 10% of the total up to € 5.000,00
A local city tax per person per night must be paid upon check out, according to local municipality laws. Children under 8 years do not pay for the city tax.
